提出訂購要求
你可由產品頁開啟預先填妥產品名稱、SKU 及現行售價的 WhatsApp 或電郵訊息。這只會提出要求，不會建立已付款訂單。客服會先以書面確認庫存、送貨或自取方式、費用及完整總額；你可在付款前決定是否繼續。
資料及私隱
不要透過普通電郵或 WhatsApp 傳送完整付款卡資料。訂購或客服資料只按浴缸套私隱聲明處理。如查詢損壞、錯貨或訂單問題，請提供訂單編號及足以說明問題的資料。

Starting an order request
The product page can open a WhatsApp or email message pre-filled with the product name, SKU and current price. This only starts a request and does not create a paid order. Customer service first confirms stock, delivery or collection, charges and the complete total in writing. You decide whether to proceed before payment.
Data and privacy
Do not send complete payment-card details through ordinary email or WhatsApp. Order and support information is handled under the bath-liner privacy statement. For damage, wrong-item or order questions, provide the order number and enough information to explain the issue.
