2. 訂購要求並非即時接納

如我們未能供應產品，會在付款前通知你；如在接納後才發現無法履行，會通知你並退回已收取而與未能履行部分相關的款項。
3. 付款安全
本網站沒有付款表格，亦不收集完整付款卡資料。適用付款方式會在你同意訂單摘要後由客服以官方渠道確認。請勿經普通電郵或 WhatsApp 傳送完整卡號、卡片保安碼、密碼或一次性驗證碼。如付款指示與已確認資料不符，請先致電 +852 9252 6266 核實。
4. 送貨、自取及風險
香港送貨及觀塘自取受 送貨政策 規管。客服會在付款前確認可用方式、費用及預計安排。你須在付款前核對收件人、電話、地址及產品數量。
5. 取消、退換及與說明不符
你可在付款及訂單接納前取消訂購要求。本特價單次使用產品的改變主意退貨安排，以及有缺陷、損壞、錯貨或與說明不符貨品的處理程序，載於 退換政策。任何條款均不限制依法不得排除的權利或補救。

This order flow publishes only product information reliably verified against the current batch. Ask customer service for the current stock packaging information if you need further details before payment.
2. Order request and acceptance
- You send a WhatsApp or email order request and delivery or pickup preference.
- Customer service verifies supply and sends a written summary of product, quantity, delivery or collection, charges and total.
- You may decline or correct that summary before payment without an order charge.
- The order is accepted only when SING DR confirms payment and issues a formal order confirmation.
3. Payment, delivery and returns
This site has no payment form and does not collect full card details. Applicable payment methods are confirmed through an official channel after you agree to the order summary. Never send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes by ordinary email or WhatsApp.
Hong Kong delivery and Kwun Tong collection follow the Delivery Policy. Cancellation before acceptance, change-of-mind terms, and remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods follow the Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
