1. 服務範圍
本政策只適用於透過浴缸套產品頁提出並由 SING DR LIMITED 接納的香港現貨訂單。可提出香港順豐配送或觀塘門市自取要求；實際可用方式須視乎地址、庫存及當日營運安排。
2. 付款前的書面確認

在你同意上述完整資料前不會要求付款。若你不同意配送費或安排，可在付款及訂單接納前取消要求。此產品不自動套用其他網站、平台或商品的免運門檻。
3. 地址及聯絡資料
你須在付款前核對收件人姓名、電話及完整地址。若在出貨前發現錯誤，請立即聯絡客服；出貨後未必可以修改。因資料錯誤、無人收件或拒收而產生的重新配送安排及任何費用，必須另行向你說明並取得同意。
4. 出貨、追蹤及延誤
確認付款後，我們會按訂單摘要安排出貨或自取。可用時會提供追蹤資料。承運商預計時間不是保證；如我們得悉有重大延誤，會使用訂單聯絡資料通知你。惡劣天氣、公共假期、承運商中斷或無法進入的地址可能影響安排。
5. 自取地址
香港九龍觀塘開源道 72–80 號溢財中心 12 樓 07 室（Room 07, 12/F, Lladro Centre, 72–80 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong）。公布服務時間為每日 12:00–21:00 HKT，但實際取貨時間必須以個別「可取貨」通知為準。
6. 遺失、損壞或錯貨
如追蹤顯示異常、包裹遺失、到貨時看似損壞或收到錯誤產品，請在切實可行情況下盡快把訂單編號、問題說明及相關照片電郵至 cs@singdr.com。我們會與承運商調查並說明適用補救；此程序不限制依法不得排除的權利。

1. Scope and available requests
This policy covers in-stock Hong Kong orders accepted by SING DR LIMITED through the bath-liner page. You may request Hong Kong delivery or collection from the Kwun Tong Store / Pickup Address. Availability depends on the address, stock and current operating arrangements.
2. Written confirmation before payment
Customer service confirms the recipient or pickup details, available method, delivery charge, expected dispatch arrangement and complete order total in writing before payment. No shipping threshold from another website, platform or product applies automatically. You may cancel before payment and acceptance if you do not agree with the charge or arrangement.
3. Address, dispatch and tracking
Check the recipient, telephone number and full address before payment. We arrange dispatch or pickup after payment confirmation and provide tracking where available. Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption or an inaccessible address may affect timing. Any redelivery arrangement and charge caused by incorrect details, no recipient or refusal must be explained and agreed separately.
4. Pickup and delivery issues
Pickup is at Room 07, 12/F, Lladro Centre, 72–80 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Published service hours are 12:00–21:00 HKT daily, but visit only after receiving the specific ready-for-pickup notice.
For missing, visibly damaged or incorrect items, email cs@singdr.com with the order number, explanation and relevant photographs as soon as practicable. We will investigate and explain the available remedy. This process does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
