Practical privacy and personal-data guide
只在需要時提供足夠資料，並以官方渠道處理訂單或私隱要求。香港個人資料處理受《個人資料（私隱）條例》規管。
Provide only the information necessary and use official channels for order or privacy requests. Personal-data handling in Hong Kong is governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Common data categories
- 瀏覽資料：裝置、瀏覽器、所閱頁面及基本技術紀錄；本資源頁沒有廣告追蹤碼或表格。 Browsing data: device, browser, pages viewed and basic technical records; these resource pages contain no ad trackers or forms.
- 訂單資料：姓名、聯絡方法、送貨地址、商品及付款狀態。 Order data: name, contact details, delivery address, items and payment status.
- 客服資料：訂單編號、對話內容、相片及解決問題所需紀錄。 Support data: order number, conversation, photographs and records needed to resolve an issue.
- 付款資料：通常由所選付款處理者或平台按其條款處理；不應以普通電郵傳送完整卡號或保安碼。 Payment data: normally processed by the selected processor or platform under its terms; complete card numbers or security codes should not be sent by ordinary email.
第三方平台與速遞
Third-party platforms and couriers
在第三方市場下單、使用付款服務或配送服務時，相關機構會按自己的私隱政策處理其所需資料。提交前應閱讀該平台的資料用途、保留及聯絡方式。
When ordering through a marketplace or using a payment or delivery provider, that organisation handles required data under its own privacy policy. Review its purposes, retention and contact route before submission.
本網站連到外部官方資料頁時會清楚顯示目的地；離開 www.singdr.com 後，外部網站的私隱與保安安排由其營運者負責。
External official sources are clearly identified. Once you leave www.singdr.com, the external operator is responsible for its own privacy and security arrangements.

- 查閱或更正：電郵 cs@singdr.com，說明所涉帳戶／訂單及要求；客服可先核實身份。 Access or correction: email cs@singdr.com with the relevant account/order and request; support may verify identity first.
- 停止直接促銷：使用訊息內取消訂閱方式，或聯絡客服提出要求。 Stop direct marketing: use the unsubscribe route in the message or contact support.
- 減少披露：公開渠道只提供足以定位問題的資料，敏感資料改用經確認的私人渠道。 Minimise disclosure: provide only enough information to identify the issue publicly, moving sensitive details to a verified private channel.
- 可疑訊息：不要回覆密碼或一次性密碼，改用網站列出的聯絡方法核實。 Suspicious message: do not reply with passwords or one-time codes; verify using the contacts listed on this site.
