Returns, damage and refund handling guide
退換條件可以因產品性質、是否已拆封、所選平台及個別產品頁而不同；不要把一個頁面的期限套用到所有訂單。
Return eligibility can vary by product type, opening status, platform and product page. Do not apply a deadline from one route to every order.

Identify the applicable policy first
- 直營商店訂單：查閱訂單確認、現行退款政策及購買須知。 Direct-store order: review the order confirmation, current refund policy and purchase guidelines.
- 第三方平台訂單：同時受該平台的退換流程、期限及證據要求約束。 Marketplace order: also follow that platform’s return workflow, deadline and evidence requirements.
- 個別產品路線：以該產品頁連結的退換政策為準；例如單次使用或減價商品可有較嚴格限制。 Product-specific route: follow the linked product policy; single-use or sale items may have stricter restrictions.
- 如資料看似不一致，在退回貨品前先要求客服書面確認。 If information appears inconsistent, request written clarification before returning anything.
收到貨品後
After receiving goods
盡快核對商品、數量、外包裝及明顯狀況。若有損壞、錯貨或與描述有實質差異，保留商品、原包裝、送貨標籤及清晰照片。
Promptly check the item, quantity, outer packaging and visible condition. For damage, incorrect goods or material mismatch, retain the goods, original packaging, shipping label and clear photographs.
申請時提供訂單編號、收貨日期、問題描述及照片。未取得指示前不要自行寄回；未授權退件可能難以配對或產生額外費用。
Provide the order number, receipt date, problem description and photographs. Do not return an item before receiving instructions; an unauthorised parcel may be difficult to match or incur extra charges.
退款確認與到帳
Refund confirmation and settlement
獲批後，應確認退款金額、退款方式及是否扣除已說明的費用。退款通常退回原付款方式，但實際顯示時間仍受銀行、信用卡公司或平台處理週期影響。
After approval, confirm the amount, method and any previously disclosed deduction. Refunds commonly return to the original payment method, but visible settlement depends on the bank, card issuer or platform cycle.
保留退款確認及參考編號。如超過所述處理時間仍未顯示，先向付款服務商核對，再把結果交客服跟進。
Keep the refund confirmation and reference. If it is not visible after the stated processing period, check with the payment provider and share the result with support.
