網購前後安全核對清單
Online shopping safety checklist
香港消委會建議網購前閱讀退換條款，核對確認電郵連同運費的總額，收貨後及早檢查並留意退貨期限。
Hong Kong’s Consumer Council recommends reading return terms, checking the confirmation total including delivery, inspecting goods promptly and watching return deadlines.

Before payment
- 確認網址拼寫、HTTPS 及商戶名稱；不要只憑社交訊息中的圖像判斷。 Check URL spelling, HTTPS and merchant identity; do not rely only on an image in a social message.
- 閱讀商品描述、尺寸／容量、現貨或預訂狀態、配送及退換條款。 Read the description, size/capacity, stock or preorder status, delivery and return terms.
- 把商品、折扣、運費、稅項或其他費用加總，確認最終貨幣與總額。 Add item, discount, delivery, tax and other charges, checking final currency and total.
- 付款方法應與平台或官方客服確認相符；對臨時轉用陌生個人帳戶保持警覺。 The payment method should match the platform or official confirmation; be cautious about a last-minute switch to an unfamiliar personal account.
付款後與收貨時
After payment and on arrival
- 保存訂單確認、付款紀錄、商品描述及當時適用政策。 Keep the order confirmation, payment record, product description and policy that applied.
- 留意狀態通知，但不要經可疑訊息連結重新輸入帳戶或付款資料。 Monitor status notices, but do not re-enter account or payment details through a suspicious message link.
- 收到貨品後盡快檢查，問題要在適用期限內提出並保留照片及包裝。 Inspect goods promptly and raise issues within the applicable deadline, retaining photographs and packaging.
- 如已獲批退款，記錄承諾日期、金額及參考編號，並核對實際到帳。 For an approved refund, record the promised date, amount and reference, then verify settlement.
簡單的「停一停」規則
A simple pause rule
當折扣要求你立即付款、收款人突然更改、網站地址不熟悉，或對方索取一次性密碼時，先停止操作。使用你自行輸入的官方網址或本頁列出的客服資料重新核實。
Pause when a discount demands immediate payment, the payee suddenly changes, the web address is unfamiliar or someone asks for a one-time code. Re-verify using an official URL you type yourself or the support contacts on this page.
