Order status and follow-up guide
本資訊網站不能直接讀取個人訂單。狀態應以訂單電郵、所選平台及客服書面回覆為準。
This information website cannot access individual orders. Status remains subject to order emails, the selected platform and written support replies.

What common statuses mean
- 已收到Received
- 系統或客服已收到訂單要求；不一定代表付款或庫存已確認。The system or support team has received the request; payment or stock may not yet be confirmed.
- 付款已確認Payment confirmed
- 指定訂單的款項已核對，訂單可進入備貨程序。Payment for the specified order has been checked and preparation can begin.
- 備貨中Preparing
- 團隊正在核對及包裝；預訂或混合訂單可能需要較長時間。The team is checking and packing the order; preorder or mixed orders may take longer.
- 已出貨／可取貨Dispatched / ready
- 應有追蹤資料或取貨通知；速遞系統更新可能略有延遲。Tracking details or a collection notice should be available; courier scans may update with a delay.
聯絡客服時提供
Information to provide support
- 訂單編號或下單時使用的電郵／電話末四位；不要公開貼出完整個人資料。 Order number or the last four digits of the email/phone used; do not post complete personal data publicly.
- 下單日期、平台名稱及商品名稱。 Order date, platform name and item name.
- 你已收到的狀態、追蹤編號或相關畫面截圖。 The status, tracking number or relevant screenshot you received.
- 你希望查詢的具體事項，例如更改地址、合併配送或預計取貨時間。 The specific issue, such as address change, combined delivery or estimated collection time.
更改及延誤
Changes and delays
地址或收件人更改並非一定可行；訂單一旦進入包裝或交給速遞，可能無法更改或需要額外費用。越早以官方渠道聯絡，越容易核對可行性。
Address or recipient changes are not guaranteed. Once packing begins or the parcel is handed to a courier, a change may be impossible or incur a charge. Contact official support as early as possible.
如追蹤長時間沒有更新，先確認是否只有電子託運資料而尚未首次掃描，再把訂單及追蹤資料交給客服查詢。
If tracking does not update for an extended period, check whether only an electronic shipment record exists before the first scan, then provide the order and tracking details to support.
