付款方法並不是所有平台完全相同。只使用該訂單頁或官方客服為該張訂單確認的方式。
Payment methods are not identical across platforms. Use only the method shown for the order or confirmed by official support for that order.

SING DR 現行一般付款資料列出信用卡及本地轉帳類別，包括 Visa、Mastercard、American Express、銀聯、JCB、轉數快、PayMe 及銀行轉帳。
Current general SING DR payment information lists card and local-transfer categories including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, FPS, PayMe and bank transfer.
實際可用選項、手續費、貨幣及付款處理者以所選平台或付款前書面確認為準。列於一般資料頁並不代表每張訂單都提供全部方法。
Actual availability, fees, currency and processor remain subject to the selected platform or written pre-payment confirmation. A method appearing on a general page does not mean every order offers it.
付款前核對清單
Pre-payment checklist
- 商戶名稱、網站地址或平台店舖是否與預期相符。 Confirm the merchant name, web address or marketplace storefront.
- 商品、數量、折扣、配送費及完整總額。 Confirm item, quantity, discount, delivery charge and complete total.
- 付款收款人／處理者是否由該訂單頁或官方渠道確認。 Confirm the payee or processor through the order page or official channel.
- 保存訂單確認、收據及付款參考編號；不要只依賴短訊對話。 Keep the order confirmation, receipt and payment reference rather than relying only on chat messages.
遇上異常要求
If a request looks unusual
SING DR 不需要你的登入密碼、一次性密碼或完整信用卡保安碼來查詢一般訂單。不要經陌生連結重新登入或安裝遙距控制軟件。
SING DR does not need your login password, one-time password or complete card security code for a normal order enquiry. Do not sign in through an unfamiliar link or install remote-control software.
如付款後未有合理時間內收到確認，先核對付款是否成功及收款資料，再透過 cs@singdr.com 或 +852 9252 6266 跟進。
If confirmation does not arrive within a reasonable time after payment, check the payment status and payee information, then follow up through cs@singdr.com or +852 9252 6266.
